Experiential Placement

Experiential placements with partnering arts organizations will be based on the best fit for student and partner. They can include multiple areas of experiential learning, from solo and collaborative performance opportunities (in an organization’s main season or as community outreach) to curatorial duties, fundraising and grant-writing, arts administration and many other tasks involved in portfolio careers. Also offered in Spring/Summer depending on student/partner organizational fit. Such work experiences may be initiated by the student or can be arranged in consultation with the Faculty of Music’s Placements Coordinator and may be paid or unpaid.
